Their cake entries for Iceworm Festival weekend. They were so happy with their decorating, and they were very yummy too.

At the end of the parade. 

It was pretty soggy and sloppy, but fun nonetheless. I heard someone say on the stairs in front of me, "Only in Alaska would people stand outside in the middle of winter, getting soaking wet for ice cream cones". Perhaps, but I think kids anywhere would be quite content to wait in bad weather for ice cream. We had a very mellow Iceworm weekend, and an invite to a fun party to end it all, with lots of friends and a sweet fireworks display.
