I was outside this weekend trying to fix up our property a bit, now that the snow has finally melted from it. My mom helped uncover an old brick path, that I am assuming leads to the back of the house into the woods. Look how thick that carpet of moss and grass is! I would have loved to have seen it when it was new.
This morning before work, I was putting a band-aid on a cut and needing some kind of encouraging words to get me through the day. I look up and this is the message I see. I had to take a picture. I felt better after seeing it. Isn't it funny, that when we really really feel like giving up, there always just happens to be a sign waiting for us. We just have to stop and look.
May second and quite a lot of snow fell. By this evening it turned to rain, but there had hardly been any snow left on the ground. I hope it doesn't snow in June. However, this snowman was happy to have been made by Jonas. Those are his legs sticking out in front of him.
